Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a friendly Regional Dietitian to interview residents, document food preferences, and maintain accurate tray card records. The role collaborates with a licensed dietitian and supports independent work in a facility setting.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's in Dietetics or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. A Food Handler’s Permit is required, along with strong organization and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field (Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian preferred). Master’s degree is a plus.
• Food Handler's Permit is required or expected to obtain.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document resident profiles.
• Experience working with a licensed dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents to determine food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident food preferences into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for nutritional or eating concerns.

Your Job Requirements
