Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Regional Dietitian to oversee resident nutrition on-site. This role emphasizes interviewing residents, understanding dietary needs, and coordinating with a dietitian for complex cases. Strong organization and independence are essential.

We offer full-time employment with benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance. A Food Handler’s Permit is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred for advancement within the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or licensed dietitian.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
