Job summary

Apploi is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to support residents across New Mexico. This full-time role requires travel to Los Alamos, Taos, and Las Vegas, and entails coordinating diet plans and ensuring nutritional care in collaboration with licensed dietitians.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics (licensure or registration required), with a Master's preferred, and demonstrates strong organization, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field; licensure/registration required.
• Master's degree in dietetics preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for nutritional or eating issues.

Skills

Follow instructions independent work
