CoreSite, LLC in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to improve field operations performance by developing training programs, supporting processes, and leading change initiatives across data center operations.

You will analyze operational data, create executive-level dashboards, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and travel up to 50% with a hybrid on-site schedule up to two days weekly. This role drives continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of the data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytics and recommendations on placement of new field operations personnel, including systems training.
• Define, develop and implement service delivery, maintenance, quality control and safety process changes.
• Provide user support and training for key field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and system issues that affect productivity.
• Develop expertise in service delivery, maintenance and safety from internal and customer perspectives.
• Participate in departmental steering meetings.
• Review field activities, share best practices, and drive system improvements.
• Analyze departmental data to identify productivity inhibitors and coordinate with CI teams.
