Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to drive profitable growth for Starline’s data center power infrastructure across an assigned geography from a remote position. You will lead region-wide sales strategy, manage reps and channel partners, and own at least one strategic key account.

You will build executive relationships with data center owners, consultants, and partners, forecast accurately, and travel roughly half the time to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of B2B sales experience.
• Account management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales strategy and execution.
• Manage sales channels: reps, resellers, and direct sales.
• Develop target market, account strategies, and prospecting plans.
• Create proposals, letters, and deliver presentations to customers.
• Promote Legrand’s brand by strengthening strategic partnerships.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance).
• Lead key account planning and quarterly business reviews.
