Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to drive profitable growth for Starline's data center power infrastructure across an assigned geography. This remote role will focus on channel partners, independent manufacturers' representatives, and major accounts, including key stakeholders such as data center owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience required; account management experience preferred.
• 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales in data center, industrial, retail sectors.
• Ability to travel about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region's annual revenue objective.
• Manage channel sales and direct sales resources in the assigned region.
• Develop target market and account strategies and prospect plans.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline, and forecasting.
