Job summary

Legrand seeks a Regional Sales Manager - Central to drive growth for Starline’s data center power infrastructure portfolio across the Central region. This remote role focuses on channel partners, independent representatives, and strategic accounts, owning regional strategy, pipeline, and engagement with customers including data center owners and influencers.

The role reports to the VP of US Data Center Sales and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience required, account management preferred.
• 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of B2B sales in data center/industrial markets.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region’s annual revenue objective.
• Manage channel and direct sales teams within region and optimize channel mix.
• Develop target markets, account strategies, and prospecting plans.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in their administration.
• Create proposals, letters, and deliver presentations.
• Monitor market trends and suggest new products or services.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
