Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to drive the data center power and thermal portfolio in a remote role. You will own regional strategy, pipeline, and key accounts, working with partners and internal teams to accelerate growth across the Central region.

You will report to US Data Center Sales VP and may manage at least one key account, coordinating multi-level relationships while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience required; account management preferred.
• 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, data center or related markets.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region's annual revenue objective.
• Manage sales channel with existing reps, resellers and direct salespeople.
• Develop and implement target markets, account strategies and plans.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting and quarterly reviews.
• Represent the company at industry shows and events.
