Job summary

You will manage orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contracts, while maintaining customer specifications and ensuring satisfaction across internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Travel regionally up to 10%.
• Able to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and cooperative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools.
• Experience in a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders and quotes, RMAs, pricing, contract negotiation and creation/maintenance of customer specifications.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and issues with guidance from supervisor.
• Complete required Customer Service Representative process certifications.
• Use judgment and company policies to resolve standard in-region problems.
• Assist with customer feedback tracking and drive customer satisfaction.
