Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Fairview Heights, IL seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service OEM team. You will manage orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contracts, while maintaining customer specifications and ensuring satisfaction across internal and external customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
• Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
• Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.

Pay Range Data

$28.00 - $43.00 per hour. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
