Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of CS experience, an associate degree or related business background, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to learn technical product details.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with ERP/CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 10%.
• Ability to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contracts accurately.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps on deliverables.
• Complete required CSR certifications.
