Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Norwalk, CA is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple client sites. You will deliver on-site services, manage mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, and fleet management while traveling locally to client locations.

The role requires flexibility to work 7am–7pm, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. A monthly $260 stipend and mileage reimbursement support travel and onsite presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel between locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts from 7am to 7pm, with possible overtime including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting company coverage levels.
• Data-driven approach and strong communication with customers.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with high-quality service.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, reception, and shipping.
• Coordinate courier services and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data insights.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts and service expansions.
