Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
• Lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, and front desk support.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, courier logistics, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to client sites and satellite offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Support new account implementations and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
