Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to oversee technical delivery and staff across offices in the region.

The role reports to the Construction Field Services Director and collaborates with Field Office Principals and Area Leads to deploy resources and quality delivery across projects. You will partner with business group leads to pursue opportunities, mentor delivery staff, and help advance HDR’s technical and quality initiatives while supporting career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
10 years experience in related field.
Maintains a professional or Engineering registration.
Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
Works cooperatively with other business class regional directors and ops managers.
Committed to quality and HDR values.
Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Drive Construction Field Services growth across all business groups in the region.
Balance workload and utilization of CFS staff in the region.
Participate in regional business class strategic planning, budgeting and implementation.
Grow, mentor and develop Field Office Principals and future leaders.
Collaborate with CFS business group leads to deliver CFS services to clients.
Lead implementation of technical and digital delivery evolution with CFS leaders.
Travel up to 50%.
