HDR, Inc. is seeking a Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to guide technical delivery and staff resources across HDR offices. You will collaborate with Field Services leadership to advance the practice and grow client engagements, while mentoring regional leaders and delivery staff.

The role emphasizes quality delivery, strategic planning, and industry leadership in infrastructure projects. HDR values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Active participant in HDR employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Construction Field Services across all business groups.
• Balance workload and utilization of staff.
• Participate in regional strategic planning, budgeting and implementation.
• Mentor Field Office Principals and future leaders.
• Collaborate with business group leads to pursue and deliver CFS services.
• Develop partnerships and coordinate with leadership.
• Monitor performance and ensure quality and client relations.
• Travel up to 50%.
