HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to oversee technical delivery and staff resources across offices in the region.

You will partner with Field Office Principals, area leads and business group leads to drive growth, quality and career development in HDR’s field services teams. Reporting to the Construction Field Services Director, you will guide regional planning, staffing, project reviews and risk management while advancing digital delivery and best

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical oversight and support staff resources across projects in the Central Region.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to form partnerships focused on delivering CFS services.
• Lead regional planning, budgeting and plan implementation for Construction Field Services.
• Mentor and develop Field Office Principals and future leaders.
• Travel up to 50%.
