Job summary

HDR, Inc. is looking for an experienced leader to serve as the Central Region Construction Field Services Leader. You will report to the Construction Field Services Director and provide technical oversight and staff resources across offices in the region.

You will mentor Field Office Principals, coordinate with business group leads, and help recruit eminent talent while driving delivery quality for HDR's projects. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and staff resources across projects region-wide.
• Lead and mentor Field Office Principals and support future leaders in Construction Field Services.
• Coordinate with business group leads to pursue and deliver CFS services.
• Support recruitment and development of technical staff and maintain client relations.
• Travel up to 50%.
