Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to oversee technical delivery and staff resources across offices in the HDR Central Region.

You will partner with Field Office Principals, Area Leads and business group leads to ensure high-quality project execution and growth across all groups. You will coach delivery staff, guide strategic partnerships and participate in career development while maintaining HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Professional or Engineering registration.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with regional directors, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Construction Field Services across all regions.
• Balance workload and utilization for CFRS staff.
• Mentor Field Office Principals and future leaders.
• Collaborate with business group leads to pursue and deliver CFS services.
• Provide technical oversight and support on projects.
• Travel up to 50%.
