Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to drive regional growth and oversee delivery across HDR offices. You will report to the Construction Field Services Director and collaborate with Field Office Principals and Area Leads.

You will mentor leaders, guide technical delivery, and align with HDR’s quality standards while expanding partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience in large-scale construction programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-office teams and regional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive Construction Field Services growth across all business groups within your region.
• Balance workload, staffing and utilization for Construction Field Services staff in your region.
• Participate in regional business class strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation.
• Grow, develop and mentor Field Office Principals and future leaders.
• Collaborate with business group leads to deliver CFS services to clients.
