Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to guide technical delivery and staff resources across offices.

You will report to the Construction Field Services Director and collaborate with regional leaders to ensure quality, safety, and on-time project delivery across multiple markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in construction or CEI teams.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Experience managing diverse teams across geographies.
• Commitment to HDR values and ownership culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth and workload balance for Construction Field Services staff.
• Provide technical oversight and support across projects.
• Collaborate with regional leads to pursue and deliver CFS services.
• Mentor Field Office Principals and develop future leaders.
