Job summary

First Realty Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager for condominiums in Boston, MA to lead the on-site teams, oversee budgeting, contracts, and capital projects, and ensure compliance with governing documents. The role requires five or more years in condominium management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with vendor relations and contractor oversight.

Bachelor’s in business preferred; CAI certifications desirable; sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Five or more years managing condominiums.
• Experience overseeing multiple staff and contractors.
• Experience negotiating renovation contracts.
• Familiarity with condo documents and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee site management plans with boards and budgets.
• Lead budgeting efforts and ensure appropriate management fees.
• Provide oversight and coaching to on-site property managers.
• Manage capital improvement projects and vendor relations.
• Assist with insurance claims and governance compliance.
• Foster trustee and owner relations and resolve complex issues.
