Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of condo management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Vantaca preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within guidelines.
• Provides superior resident service to residents and board members.
• Drafts and manages annual budgets following company and client guidelines.
• Prepares monthly board packages and attends meetings; completes action items between meetings.
• Works with subcontractors to maintain properties and provides admin support.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Utilizes Vantaca for storage, work orders, vendor contracts, minutes, and communications.
• Performs weekly site visits across all properties in the portfolio.
