Job summary

First Realty Management in Boston seeks an experienced Condominium Property Manager to supervise multi-site operations, manage budgets, and partner with boards to meet owners' needs. You will lead site staff, oversee contractors, and drive capital projects with strong financial oversight.

The role requires extensive experience in condominium management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with executives on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in condominium management
• Experience leading multiple staff
• Five+ years overseeing renovations with contractors
• Experience in residential property management desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site-level budgets and fees
• Create management plans per site and work with boards
• Provide oversight to site managers and support on major projects
• Cultivate positive Trustee and owner relations and handle complex issues
• Design and sell capital and other project fees to clients
• Collaborate with executives on corporate initiatives
• Oversee insurance claims for associations and homeowners
