• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership skills and initiative.
• Superior judgment and decision-making skills.
• 3-5+ years of condo management experience.
• Experience with Vantaca preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site property operations, including finances, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Ensure efficient condo community operations per guidelines.
• Provide superior resident service to residents and boards.
• Manage expenses, overtime, budgets, and reserve planning.
• Prepare monthly board packages and attend meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain properties.
• Supervise on-site staff and staffing coverage.
• Respond to resident requests promptly.
• Utilize Vantaca for work orders, contracts, minutes, communications, and invoicing.
• Perform regular property inspections and address issues.
