Qualifications

2 - 5+ years of experience in condominium management.
Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws.

Responsibilities

Ensures efficient operation of a condominium community.
Provides superior customer service to residents.
Drafts and completes annual budgets.
Prepares monthly board packages and attends meetings.
Works with subcontractors to maintain the property.
Responds to resident requests in a timely manner.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities

Ensures efficient operation of a condominium community within established guidelines.
Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members.
Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines.
Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings.
Works with subcontractors to maintain the property.
Provides administrative support for the property.
Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
Effectively utilizes all company software used for, storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing.
Completes regular daily and weekly site walks.
