Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Leader to guide a team of Clinical Solutions Managers, driving clinical adoption, training, and support within the TTM commercial organization. The role shapes clinical strategy and collaborates with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs to align field insights with product development.

The ideal candidate has substantial clinical leadership experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related clinical field required; RN or RRT required.
• Advanced degree such as MSN, MHA, MBA is a plus but not required.
• 7–10 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings; 3–5 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Clinical Specialist team with clear performance expectations.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and talent development for clinical staff across territories.
• Set training standards and implementation methodology for consistency nationwide.
• Partner with Sales to align clinical priorities with commercial goals.
