Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance Acute Urology's clinical strategy across designated hospitals and IDNs. You will partner with regional teams to position and implement BD solutions, including BD Acute Academy, Clinical Connect, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in MedTech/healthcare with process improvement and change management.
• Experience with complex health systems, multi-site implementations, national accounts or strategic IDNs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
• Develop aligned account strategies with regional sales leaders.
• Serve as an Acute Urology solution expert across the portfolio (BD Acute Academy, Clinical Connect, etc.).
• Translate national agreements into scalable implementation plans for consistent execution.
• Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, standardization, education, and implementation.
• Create executive-ready presentations and clinical reports for leadership.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of engagements and milestones in business systems.
