Qualifications

• RN with bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 3–5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, or enterprise accounts.
• Experience leading clinical initiatives across stakeholders and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
• Partner with BD leadership and field teams to develop aligned account strategies.
• Serve as a clinical expert across portfolio and BD clinical value platforms.
• Translate national agreements into scalable implementation plans for regions and facilities.
• Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, education, and implementation.
