Job summary

BD is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Leader to drive adoption, training, and support across our commercial organization. You will own the clinical strategy, hire and coach a team of Clinical Specialists, and ensure consistent clinical engagement across territories.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to shape product positioning and evidence generation while traveling up to 25%–50% to support key accounts and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related clinical field and RN/RRT credentials.
• 7–10 years clinical experience in high-acuity settings.
• 3–5 years of people management in medical devices or healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Clinical Specialist team with clear performance expectations.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and talent development for clinical staff.
• Set clinical training standards and ensure nationwide consistency.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align clinical priorities with commercial goals.
• Review clinical metrics and identify gaps to improve adoption.
• Represent clinical function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs.
