Job summary
BD is seeking a Clinical Leader to oversee the Clinical Solutions Manager team, driving clinical adoption and training across the commercial organization. The role sets the clinical strategy, ensures consistency nationwide, and partners with Sales Leadership to integrate clinical insights into commercial plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings (ICU/ED).
- 3–5 years of people management experience leading clinical teams.
- Experience as Clinical Specialist or similar field role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Clinical Specialist team with clear performance expectations.
- Own hiring, onboarding, and talent development for clinical staff.
- Set clinical strategy, training standards, and deployment methodologies.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to align clinical priorities with commercial goals.
- Review metrics and identify gaps to improve adoption and utilization.
- Represent clinical function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create clinical training content and educational materials.
- Monitor guidelines and literature to keep the team updated.
- Support key accounts and present to physician leadership when needed.
- Manage budget, travel, and resources; ensure regulatory compliance.
