BD is seeking a Clinical Leader to guide the Clinical Specialist team in adopting and implementing clinical practices across the commercial organization. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Medical Affairs to align clinical and commercial priorities and improve patient outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a clinical field, RN or RRT certification, 7–10 years of clinical experience, and 3–5 years of people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related clinical field; RN or RRT required.
• Advanced degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related) a plus but not required.
• Minimum 7–10 years clinical experience in high-acuity settings; 3–5 years people management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Clinical Specialist team with clear performance expectations.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and talent development for the Clinical Specialist team.
• Set clinical strategy and standards for training, in-servicing, and implementation methodology.
