BD is a leading global medical technology company with a strong on-site collaboration culture. The Clinical Leader will direct a team of Clinical Specialists, shaping clinical strategy, training standards, and engagement with hospital staff.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs to ensure clinical insights drive product and evidence priorities. Occasional travel is required for field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related clinical health field; RN or RRT required.
• Advanced degree (MSN, MBA, MHA, or related) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Clinical Specialist team with clear performance expectations and ongoing feedback.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and talent development for the Clinical Specialist team to support territory needs.
• Set clinical strategy and standards for training, in-servicing, and implementation methodology across Clinical Specialists.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align clinical priorities with commercial goals, including account targeting and go-live planning.
• Review team- and account-level clinical engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve adoption.
