Job summary

BD is hiring a Manager, Clinical Applications to lead a team of Specialists across the Western U.S. You will provide clinical oversight and drive adoption of Waters Advanced Diagnostics solutions during implementation, including readiness, installation, validation, training, and go-live.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required with CLS/MLT certification.
• 8+ years in clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or clinical lab operations.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Clinical Application Specialists across the Western U.S.
• Provide clinical consultation and support during pre-sales discussions.
• Manage implementation lifecycle: readiness, installation, validation, training and go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align resources with regional revenue goals.
• Oversee field-based clinical activities and ensure post-implementation adoption.
• Drive customer retention and advocate for strategic account opportunities.
