Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Acute Urology to advance clinical strategy across designated hospitals and IDNs. You will partner with regional teams to position and implement connected clinical solutions and drive standardization, compliance, and workflow improvements.

You will translate national agreements into scalable plans, lead educational initiatives, and communicate insights to nursing leadership, executives, and value analysis teams.

Qualifications

• RN with a bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years with process improvement, change management in MedTech/healthcare.
• Experience supporting multi-site health systems or national accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain clinical partnerships with national accounts and IDNs.
• Partner with leadership to develop aligned account strategies and plans.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across BD products and platforms.
• Translate agreements and strategies into scalable implementation plans.
• Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery and education.
