Job summary

Waters is seeking a Manager, Clinical Applications to lead a team of Specialists across the Western U.S. region, providing both people leadership and technical oversight for Waters Advanced Diagnostics solutions.

You will drive adoption, optimization, and go-live activities throughout customer implementations. The role requires collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams, delivering clinical consultation, supporting strategic opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert in pre-sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree with CLS/MLT certification.
8 years of experience in clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or related field.
2 years of direct people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Applications Specialists to meet business targets.
Monitor team performance and feedback metrics.
Coordinate customer engagement strategies and strengthen partnerships.
Understand regional sales objectives, pipeline opportunities, and business priorities.
Ensure resources align to regional revenue goals and customer needs.
Provide clinical expertise during strategic opportunity reviews and pre-sales discussions.
Oversee field-based clinical application activities across assigned regions.
Drive post-implementation follow-up and customer adoption strategies.
