Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Manager, Clinical Applications to lead a Western U.S. team of Clinical Application Specialists. The role focuses on clinical oversight, customer readiness, installation, validation, training, and go-live activities for Waters Advanced Diagnostics solutions.

You will partner with Sales and Commercial teams, provide clinical consultation, and help drive regional growth and customer success with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with CLS or MLT certification.
• 8 years of experience in clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or related fields.
• 2 years of direct people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Clinical Application Specialists across the Western U.S.
• Provide clinical consultation and support pre-sales discussions.
• Oversee field-based clinical applications activities and customer success initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to align resources with regional goals.
• Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and post-implementation support.
