Job summary

Waters is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead a regional sales team focused on Advanced Diagnostics in hospitals and clinical labs. You will drive market share, protect base business, and grow competitive share while building a high-performing team and executing sales processes.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will mentor Account Executives, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and manage forecasts, budgets, and regional strategies to achieve financial and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience leading regional sales teams in medical technology or life sciences is a plus.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive regional sales strategies for Advanced Diagnostics portfolios in hospitals and clinical labs.
• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor regional sales professionals; accelerate the sales cycle.
• Provide forecasts and manage regional budgets; collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and growth.
