• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Applications Specialists across the Western U.S.
• Provide clinical consultation and support to sales during pre-sales discussions.
• Oversee implementation lifecycle activities including readiness, installation, validation, and go-live.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to prioritize applications support by impact.
• Ensure resources align to regional revenue goals and customer success.
