Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks a Manager, Clinical Applications to lead a team of Clinical Application Specialists across the Western U.S., providing both people leadership and technical oversight to drive adoption of Waters Advanced Diagnostics solutions.

You will partner with Sales and Commercial teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, travel 50–75% and guide cross‑functional projects to optimize laboratory workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required with CLS/MLT certification.
• 8 years of experience in clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or healthcare solutions.
• 2 years of direct people leadership experience in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Applications Specialists across the Western U.S.
• Monitor team performance and feedback metrics.
• Coordinate customer engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships.
• Develop understanding of regional sales objectives and pipeline opportunities.
• Own field-based clinical application activities and post-implementation follow-up.
