Job summary

Waters is seeking a Manager, Clinical Applications to lead a team of Clinical Application Specialists across the Western U.S., providing people leadership and technical oversight to drive adoption of Waters Advanced Diagnostics solutions. You will support customers throughout implementation, including readiness, installation, validation, training, and go-live.

In addition, you will partner with Sales leadership to provide clinical consultation, support opportunities, and act as a subject matter

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required combined with CLS or MLT certification.
• 8 years of experience in clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or related healthcare solutions.
• 2 years of direct people leadership experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Applications Specialists to meet regional targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and coordinate customer engagement strategies.
• Drive regional revenue goals and align resources to support growth.
• Provide clinical expertise during pre-sales discussions and strategic opportunity reviews.
• Oversee field-based activities and ensure post-implementation follow-up and adoption.
