Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners in the Ohio Valley (MI, OH, KY). You will collaborate with Rubrik's Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive partner-led growth and sales performance.

You will enable partners through trainings, map target accounts, arrange joint meetings, and drive Partner Initiated Deals and POCs, aiming to expand market coverage and maximize revenue with

Qualifications

Experience working with regional channel partners or distributors
Strong quarterly and yearly sales planning abilities
Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate activities
Identify, develop and acquire new partners
Extensive experience in Backup and Recovery solutions
Excellent presenter at reseller and end-customer events
Team player with forecasting and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

Grow the channel business through partner planning, enablement, and sales acceleration
Manage distribution and regional channel partners for market coverage
Arrange account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff and partners to qualify opportunities
Conduct enablement sessions to train partner sales/SE staff
Build relationships with decision makers to secure strategic partnerships
Identify opportunities and close deals with partners in coordination with Rubrik account teams
