Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to drive channel partnerships across the Ohio Valley region (MI, OH, KY). You will collaborate with Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to accelerate revenue and pipeline through partner initiatives and co-selling strategies.

You will enable partners, map accounts, and host trainings while building strategic relationships with key distributors to maximize Partner Initiated Deals and joint solutions with Rubrik products.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing channel partnerships with distributors or regional partners.
• Proven ability to plan quarterly and annual channel activities and drive pipeline.
• Strong presentation skills for partner trainings and events.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel business through partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Manage existing and growth of distribution and regional channel partners for better market coverage.
• Coordinate account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff to qualify opportunities and drive Partner Initiated Deals and POCs.
• Lead partner enablement sessions to train field sales and SE staff for self-sufficient partners.
• Build relationships with decision makers within partners to establish strategic partnerships.
