Rubrik is hiring a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across the Ohio Valley Region (MI, OH, KY). You will collaborate with Rubrik’s Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances and Sales Operations to drive performance.

Day-to-Day includes growing the channel business through strategic partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation activities, with a focus on partner-initiated deals and POCs.

Formación

• Experience with regional channel partners or distributors.
• Quarterly/yearly sales planning experience.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities.
• Identify, develop and acquire new partners.
• Experience leading channel programs and partner trainings.
• Strong presenter at reseller and end-customer events.
• Experience in reporting numbers and forecasting.
• Background in backup and recovery solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement.
• Drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation with partners.
• Increase revenues via Partner Initiated Deals and POCs.
• Manage distribution and regional channel partners for coverage.
• Arrange account mappings and meetings with partners to qualify opportunities.
• Lead enablement sessions to train partner field teams.
• Build strong relationships with decision makers in partners.
