Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to grow and manage regional channel partnerships across the Ohio Valley region (MI, OH, KY). You’ll collaborate with Rubrik’s Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive revenue through partner initiatives and enablement.

You will lead planning, enablement, and pipeline-generation activities, organizing account mappings with Rubrik staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing regional channel partnerships.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, SE, Marketing).
• Strong in planning, coverage expansion and deal pursuit with partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement.
• Drive pipeline generation and Partner Initiated Deals in the region.
• Arrange meetings with partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities.
• Lead partner training sessions to ensure self-sufficient partners.
• Build relationships with decision makers to set strategic partnerships.
