Job summary

Rubrik Job Board is hiring a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across the Ohio Valley (MI, OH, KY). You will collaborate with Rubrik’s Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances and Sales Operations to accelerate partner-led deals and expand the pipeline.

The role focuses on partner enablement, account mappings, and hosting events for partners and end customers, with strong knowledge of Data Management,

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships between Rubrik and regional and national channel partners across the Ohio Valley region (MI, OH, KY).
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances and Sales Operations to accelerate partner-led deals and expand the pipeline.
• Plan and enable partners, arrange account mappings, and host partner and end-customer events to drive deals and pipeline growth.
• Lead quarterly and yearly sales activities with partners and ensure successful sales outcomes through partner enablement and training.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage markets; present to large audiences and partners.
