Job summary

Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations company, is seeking a Channel Development Manager for the Ohio Valley Region (MI, OH, KY). You will build and manage relationships with key regional and national channel partners, coordinating with Field Sales, SEs, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth.

Day-to-day, you will plan with partners, enable them, and accelerate sales and pipeline. The role requires experience with regional channel partners and the ability to develop

Qualifications

• Experience building regional channel programs with distributors.
• Strong quarterly and yearly planning of sales activities.
• Ability to execute channel programs and trainings.
• Experience with partner ecosystems in the US.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel business through partner planning, enablement, and driving sales acceleration and pipeline generation.
• Manage distribution and regional channel partners for better market coverage.
• Arrange account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff to qualify targets and opportunities.
• Conduct enablement sessions to train partners' field sales/SE staff.
• Build relationships with decision makers within partners to set strategic alignment.
