Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to expand and manage strategic channel partnerships across North America. You will collaborate with field sales, systems engineering, marketing, and operations to accelerate pipeline and revenue through partner-led initiatives.

You will drive partner enablement, coordinate joint account planning, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at distribution and regional partners.

Formación

• Experience building and managing channel partner programs.
• Strong understanding of data protection/backup market and Rubrik offerings.
• Proven ability to drive partner-led pipeline and deals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Operations to exceed targets.
• Plan enablement sessions and trainings for partner staff.
• Identify and pursue Partner Initiated Deals and joint opportunities with Rubrik teams.
