Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to grow and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners in the Ohio Valley region (MI, OH, KY). You will collaborate with Rubrik’s Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances and Sales Operations to drive revenue and accelerate partner-led deals.

You will enable partners through training, co-selling, and account mapping, aiming to increase partner-initiated opportunities and overall market

Qualifications

• Experience working with regional channel partners or distributors.
• Ability to plan quarterly and yearly sales activities.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities.
• Demonstrated success in enabling partners to sell and close deals.

Responsabilités

• Grow the channel business in the region through strategic partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Drive focus on Rubrik technologies/products to increase partner initiated deals and revenue.
• Manage distribution and regional channel partners for better market coverage.
• Arrange account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff to qualify target accounts and opportunities.
• Conduct enablement sessions to train partners' field sales and SE staff.
• Build strong relationships with partner decision makers to secure strategic partnerships.
