Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with North American channel partners. You will collaborate with Rubrik’s Field Sales, SE, Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Operations to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

You will enable partners through training, coordinate with partner teams on strategic initiatives, and manage a growing partner ecosystem to accelerate deal velocity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Data Management / Data Protection / Storage markets.
• Experience building and growing channel partner programs.
• Ability to lead partner enablement and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement.
• Drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation with partners.
• Manage distribution and regional channel partners for coverage and growth.
• Arrange meetings with partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities.
