Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across North America. You will collaborate with Rubrik's Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Operations to drive sales performance and partner initiatives.

You will grow the channel business through partner planning, enablement, and pipeline acceleration, engaging with key decision makers at partner organizations and coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing regional/national channel partnerships.
• Proven track record in driving partner-led deals and pipeline.
• Excellent presentation and event hosting skills.
• Experience with SFDC and Tableau for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Grow Rubrik's channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement.
• Drive pipeline generation and Partner Initiated Deals.
• Coordinate with Rubrik field teams to qualify opportunities.
• Train partner field sales/SE staff to achieve self-sufficiency.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations.
